House Sound of LA was created by the merging of Blackliquid Music (Ike Ngwaba) and Shanghai Sessions (Mikey Gallagher) record labels. The two UK Producer/DJ veterans based in Los Angeles established the brand in 2009 with an official launch party in Miami at WMC and since then have seen the network grow with the addition of House Sound of BCN run by top Spanish DJ/Producer/label owner Willy Sanjuan (Molocacho Records) and House Sound of Miami run by Jessica Bendig and Oscar P (Media Services NYC) & (Open Bar Music)
